Pope Leo XIV urged people to seek greater peace during a Mass at the Santuário de Nossa Senhora do Bom Conselho in Genazzano.

During his homily, the Pope spoke about the birth of the Menina Maria, noting that she was born simply as a girl. He invited the faithful to entrust everything emerging within humanity to the Menina Maria and asked that the celebration of her birth helps increase peace.
