León XIV pide a los católicos comprometerse en la “defensa y promoción” de la dignidad humana

Pope Leo XIV asked Catholics to commit to defending and promoting human dignity during a general audience on Wednesday.

During the audience, the pope stated that God created people in his image and likeness, granting them a unique and permanent dignity. He urged the faithful to promote and defend this dignity through the light of the Gospel and asked for the help of the Holy Spirit in this effort.
