Les évêques uruguayens à Rome, avant Léon XIV en Uruguay

Bishops from Uruguay are visiting Rome from September 14 to 19 to participate in an ad limina visit. During this period, the bishops will meet with Pope Leo XIV and the Roman Curia on Friday, September 18.

The bishops intend to present the challenges of evangelization and the hopes of their local communities to the Pope. They will also discuss the reality of the Church as it works to announce Christ within a secularized society. This meeting takes place ahead of the Pope's upcoming apostolic visit to Uruguay.
