Lettera del Vescovo al Clero

The Bishop of Ventimiglia–San Remo sent a letter to his priests and deacons to share reflections on the Sunday Gospel and to offer condolences following the death of Father Antonio Robu.

In the letter, Bishop Don Diego Goso discussed the theme of gratuitousness based on the Gospel parable of the vineyard workers. He noted that while people often measure success by hours worked, effort, or results, the Lord operates on the logic of a calling rather than performance. The Bishop highlighted that the Lord continues to call people at unexpected times, such as the late hour of five in the afternoon.

The Bishop shared these thoughts to encourage prayer, gratitude, and friendship among the clergy.
