Lliurament de la Missió Canònica als docents de Religió

The Bishop of Solsona delivered canonical missions to religion teachers during a meeting in Solsona on September 18. The gathering served to inaugurate the school year through conversation and mutual recognition among the diocese's teachers.

Teachers discussed how religion classes are integrated into their schools, what methods work, the difficulties they face, and their goals for the upcoming year. The bishop used the apostolic letter Dissenyar nous mapes d’esperança to encourage educators to create educational paths marked by hope and to serve the whole person rather than focusing solely on content. He also addressed the encyclical Magnifica Humanitas, specifically noting the section on artificial intelligence to emphasize that technology must remain subordinate to human dignity and ethical limits.

The bishop connected these themes to the Pla d’evangelització 2024-2028, which focuses on building more open and welcoming communities. He stated that the theme for this school year is to welcome and listen to everyone without prior labels. The event concluded with the personal delivery of the canonical mission and a formal sending of each teacher.
