Martirologio Romano: dal 20 Settembre al 26 Settembre 2026

The Roman Martyrology lists the liturgical celebrations and saints commemorated from September 20 to September 26, 2026. According to the traditional Roman calendar, the Church celebrates the seventeenth Sunday after Pentecost on September 20.

The schedule includes the feast of Saint Matthew, Apostle and Evangelist, on September 21. On September 22, the Church celebrates the feast of Saint Thomas of Villanova, bishop and confessor, with the commemoration of Saint Maurice and companions, martyrs. September 23 marks the Wednesday of the September Four Tempora, with a commemoration of Saint Lino, pope and martyr.

The remaining days feature the commemoration of Blessed Maria Vergine della Mercede on September 24. The September Four Tempora continue on Friday, September 25, and Saturday, September 26, with the latter including the commemoration of the martyrs Santi Cipriano and Giustina.
