MASS FOR FAMILIES AND MARRIAGE LIFE

Bishop Henry Juma Odonya presided over a Holy Mass for families and married life for the Trans Nzoia Pastoral Area at Christ the King Mitume Parish. The annual diocesan Mass is intended to pray for families and the lives of married couples.

During his homily, Bishop Odonya said that strong family foundations are built through the Eucharist, the Word of God, and faith in Christ. He told married couples to use prayer to seek God's protection and strength against life's challenges. He also reminded parents to guide their children in the faith by teaching them through their own actions and lives.

The Bishop encouraged families to participate in the Eucharist and to practice spiritual formation at home. He urged the faithful to support families facing difficulties with love and to pray for them.
