Faith grows in Myanmar despite increasing difficulties

Marko Phe Bya, the vicar general of the Diocese of Loikaw and parish priest of the Loikawi Cathedral, reported on the situation in the diocese to the news portal Fides on October 24.

Families scattered by war have begun to gather again at the cathedral following the return of the priest. While initial attendance was small, the news of the priest's return has helped the community reunite.
