Bishop Juan Ignacio González presides over solemn Te Deum

Bishop Juan Ignacio González presided over a solemn Te Deum mass at the San Bernardo Cathedral on Thursday, September 17, to mark the national holidays. Addressing national and local authorities, the bishop called for the rebuilding of the nation based on lasting moral foundations and the overcoming of social divisions.

During the service, González urged citizens to strengthen democracy through ethical principles. He also called for a united effort to confront violence, drug trafficking, and the lack of opportunities within the country.
