Diecezja Łomżyńska celebrates 500 years of cathedral

The Diocese of Łomża will celebrate the 500th anniversary of its cathedral with a thanksgiving Mass on Friday, September 4. The solemn Mass is scheduled to begin at 12:00 p.m.

Father Jan Krupka, the spokesperson for the Łomża curia, stated that September 4 marks the anniversary of the consecration of the cathedral. He noted that the date holds a special significance for the diocesan calendar.
