Nasce la rivista della Cattedrale di Barcellona

The Barcelona Cathedral has launched a new free magazine to share the spiritual, historical, artistic, and cultural heritage of the cathedral and its diocese. Cardinal Joan Josep Omella, the archbishop of Barcelona, provides a greeting in the first issue, which features an editorial by Santiago Bueno.

The publication includes articles, interviews, news, and a liturgical calendar to connect readers with the cathedral's art, documents, music, traditions, and celebrations. The debut issue focuses on Saint Oleguer, a bishop of Barcelona, with articles regarding his mitre, the crypt where his body is venerated, and documentation held in the archives. It also includes an interview with Josep Maria Martí Bonet and features on the church of San Severo, the cathedral organ cycle, and the Chapel of the Holy Christ of Lepanto. Contributors to this issue include Francesc Miralpeix and Rosa M. Mart.
