Nederlandse bisschoppenconferentie organizes studiedag on social-emotional safety

The Nederlandse bisschoppenconferentie and the Konferentie van in Nederland gevestigde Religieuzen will host a study day on social-emotional safety in Amersfoort on Wednesday, September 30. Organized in collaboration with the Tilburg School of Theology (TST), the event aims to continue discussions regarding prevention and safety within the Roman Catholic Church in the Netherlands.

The study day is intended for people working in a r.-k. zending, those responsible for formation and training within bisdommen and religious institutes, and individuals involved with the R.-K. Meldpunt Grensoverschrijdend Gedrag RKK. Several bisschoppen and hogere oversten will also attend.

Speakers for the event include Hans Zollner sj, Mia De Schamphelaere, Stefan Gärtner, and Theo Bot. The second half of the day will consist of (synodale) gesprekken for the participants.
