Bishop Louis Nguyễn Anh Tuấn attends Mass of Thanksgiving

Bishop Louis Nguyễn Anh Tuấn presided over a Mass of Thanksgiving on September 19, 2026, to celebrate the establishment of the Xuân Hải parish. The liturgy also served to welcome Father Peter Nguyen Vinh Tam as the new parish priest.
