The Pontifical Commission for Latin America, CELAM, and the USCCB are holding the IV Fratelli Tutti synodal meeting in Rome to strengthen social and environmental dialogue between the North and the South. The meeting, which runs through tomorrow at the La Salle generalate, addresses how the Church and society can respond to modern transformations.

Participants are discussing ecological transition, labor, and new technologies. Cardinal Jaime Spengler stated that there is an urgent need for spaces for listening and dialogue. Cardinal Steiner noted that integral ecology remains an essential horizon for these discussions.
