Diocese of Treviso assigns new roles to priests

The Diocese of Treviso has assigned several new roles and services to its priests, according to an official announcement from the diocese.

Monsignor Maurizio De Pieri will serve as the diocesan delegate for the XXVIII National Eucharistic Congress, which is scheduled to take place in Orvieto from September 23 to 26, 2027.

Father Armando Pasqualotto received multiple appointments, including serving as an external spiritual father for students at the Pontificio Collegio Urbano «De Propaganda Fide». He will also act as a pastoral collaborator for the Collaborazione pastorale antoniana in the parishes of Camposampiero, Loreggia, and Massanzago. Additionally, he has been named the bishop's delegate for the preliminary phase and introduction of the cause for the beatification of don Mario Bortoletto.

Father Paolo Barbisan, who directs the diocesan office for Beni culturali, has been appointed by the Presidenza della CEI to the committee that evaluates projects for ecclesiastical cultural heritage and religious buildings.
