O Evangelho não nos autoriza a odiar quem pensa diferente, diz arcebispo de Aparecida

Archbishop Mário Antônio da Silva of Aparecida stated that the Gospel does not permit hatred toward those with different opinions or the killing of enemies.

During his homily for the solemn Mass of Our Lady of Aparecida on October 12, the archbishop told the faithful at the Sanctuary of Aparecida that the Gospel encourages people to build bridges where others create chasms and to build tunnels where others erect walls.
