Vatican News recalls 180th anniversary of La Salette apparition

Vatican News marked the 180th anniversary of the apparition at La Salette on September 19.

Father Antoni Skałba, the general vicar of the Misjonarzy Saletynów, noted that the weeping Virgin Mary appeared to simple village children. He stated that Mary delivered a call to conversion, prayer, and submission to God. Father Skałba said that since the Church approved the apparition, it has become a gift for all the people of God, fulfilling Mary's request to announce the message to her people.
