Diocese of Novara remembers deceased priests

The Diocese of Novara released a list of deceased priests to be remembered on October 8. The memorial includes several clergy members who served various pastoral communities within the diocese.

The list includes Camillo Ramponi, who was ordained in 1889 and served as the archpriest of Domodossola and a canon of S. Gaudenzio. Aldo Grosso, ordained in 1964, served as assistant in Borgosesia and parochial vicar in Foresto before dying in a car accident at age 27. Giovanni Battista Zanetti, ordained in 1899, served in Pettenasco and later acted as the first chaplain for the Ancelle di S. Giuseppe sisters in Varese and Viggiù.

Other priests honored are Cesare Ferrari, who served as the parish priest of Trasquera and Dagnente, and Fausto Frigerio, who served as the parish priest of Varzo and as administrator for the parish in Trasquera.
