The Coopérative funéraire des Deux Rives in the Quebec City region is hosting a series of free public lectures titled Entretiens sur la mort to encourage open discussion about death.

The cooperative began organizing these talks in the fall of 2024 to create a space for exchange in a society where death is not often discussed openly. The lectures provide a platform for people to engage with the topic before facing end of life situations.
