Diocese of Valledupar commemorates Our Lady of Mercy with Eucharist in high-security prison

Bishop Óscar José Vélez and priest Jairo Martínez celebrated Mass at a high security prison to honor Our Lady of Mercy, the patron saint of people deprived of liberty. The Diocese of Valledupar's prison ministry organized the Eucharist to provide spiritual support to the incarcerated population.
