Patriarch Pizzaballa presents forum on Jerusalem's universal vocation

Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa, the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, presented the permanent forum "Within your gates: the forum for the universal vocation of Jerusalem" to emphasize that the Holy Land belongs to everyone.

During the presentation, Pizzaballa noted the many obstacles preventing reconciliation between Israelis and Palestinians. He stated that while the forum will not change the world, the goal is to maintain a presence that is discreet, clear, and potentially disruptive if necessary. He added that building a different narrative is essential to achieving peace.
