Dioceses of Metz and Viviers announce pilgrimages

The Diocese of Viviers and the Diocese of Metz have announced upcoming pilgrimages at their respective sanctuaries.

The Diocese of Viviers will hold a pilgrimage at the Sanctuary of Notre Dame de Bon Secours in Lablachère on September 8. This event celebrates the Nativity of the Virgin Mary and marks the anniversary of the first chapel and its establishment as a basilica.

In the Diocese of Metz, the parish community of Sarrebourg gathered for a traditional pilgrimage to Notre-Dame de Rinting in Xouaxange on Sunday, August 30, 2026.
