‘Perfect Moments’ begin in silence and reflection

Paul Tupper has released a book titled Perfect Moments with God, which uses everyday activities to encourage readers to find God through prayer and reflection. Published by Perfect Moments Press, the book costs $15.99 and contains reflections on common experiences such as commuting by train, watching sports, attending concerts, or returning to school and work after summer break.

Tupper wrote much of the book between 2020 and 2024 following the death of his wife, Jean, from cancer in August 2019. The Diocese of Bridgeport noted that his personal grief and the loss of his wife led to a deepening of his faith. His writing, which previously appeared in the online edition of Fairfield County Catholic, explores how God's grace is available during both ordinary life and times of crisis.
