The Diocese of Pamplona y Tudela will present its new Diocesan Pastoral Plan on Saturday, September 26, at 10:00 a.m. at the Diocesan Seminary. Bishop Florencio Rosello described the event as a celebration for the entire diocese and invited the community to participate in what he called a feast for the Church in Navarre.

Cardinal José Cobo Cano, the archbishop of Madrid, is scheduled to attend the presentation. The new plan follows a two year period of listening, dialogue, prayer, and discernment intended to analyze the diocese, address its challenges, and recognize signs of faith within local communities.

Bishop Rosello stated that the plan was developed through the Diocesan Pastoral Council to ensure it belongs to the entire diocese rather than just the bishop, episcopal vicars, or priests.
