Pope at Audience: Church’s mission is to help people look at profound questions of life

Pope Leo XIV told a general audience that the Church's mission is to help people address profound questions of life.

Reflecting on the fourth chapter of the document Gaudium et spes, the Pope said the Church works to bring about the Kingdom of God and the salvation of all people. He noted that this mission is achieved primarily through personal holiness and fraternal love.
