Pope Leo calls on Church in France to nuture seeds of faith

Pope Leo XIV urged the Church in France to support adults who are approaching the faith by accompanying them after their baptism.

Speaking to catechumens and newly baptized Catholics during France’s synodal assembly, the Pope noted an increasing number of adults seeking the faith. He encouraged the Church to nurture these individuals beyond their initial baptismal steps.
