Pope Leo XIV calls on Knights of Columbus to be prophets of harmony

Pope Leo XIV urged members of the Knights of Columbus to act as prophets of harmony by promoting unity and charity. In a video message shared during the organization's 144th Supreme Convention in Denver, the pope encouraged the fraternity to witness concord within families, parishes, and the wider community.

The pope expressed gratitude for the order's generosity toward the less fortunate and encouraged members to cultivate unity through honest and humble dialogue. He noted that preserving unity requires active effort and is not guaranteed.

The convention, held from August 4 to 6, centered on the theme "In the One We Are One." The annual gathering included prayer services, Masses, an awards session for members and councils, and the presentation of the organization's annual report.
