Pope Leo XIV visits France

Pope Leo XIV will visit France from September 25 to 28, 2026. The Archdiocese of Montpellier announced that the visit will follow the theme, "So that the World may have Life," based on the Gospel of John.

The trip includes stops in Paris, Lourdes, and Metz. The Archdiocese noted that the visit invites Catholics living outside these specific locations to participate through internal spiritual association.
