Pope: Progress is truly human if it makes the world better for everyone

Pope Leo XIV stated that human progress is only truly human when it improves the world for everyone. During his catechesis on the document Gaudium et spes, the Pope addressed the chapter concerning the meaning of human activity in the universe.

He said the document invites people to share knowledge and expertise so that humanity can reach its full potential. He added that people can work together to build a better future with the help of God.
