Archbishop Francisco Cerro Chaves of Toledo is calling for the creation of partnerships that build genuine connections with prison ministry.

In his weekly letter, the archbishop dedicated his writing to the feast day of Our Lady of Mercy, the patroness of prison institutions and people deprived of their liberty.
