PUCPR to offer free services and guidance to the community in Praça Rui Barbosa

The Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUCPR) will host a free service and guidance event for the residents of Curitiba and its metropolitan region on Saturday, September 26, 2026. Held at Praça Rui Barbosa from 8h to 17h, the event brings together university professors and students to provide information and assistance to the public.

The university will offer guidance in several specific areas. Students from the Núcleo de Prática Jurídica (NPJ) will provide free legal assistance in Direito Previdenciário, Direito de Família, Direito Civil, and Direito do Trabalho under professor supervision. Other services include information on social rights such as the Programa Bolsa Família and the Benefício de Prestação Continuada (BPC), as well as guidance regarding violence against women.

Additional services include assistance with registering as a Microempreendedor Individual (MEI) or updating Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas (CPF) documents. The event will also feature architecture and construction advice regarding land and property regularization, health demonstrations for cardiac massage, and technology services including mobile device diagnostics.
