Raġel imut u mara l-isptar wara inċidident bil-paraglider

A 59-year-old man died and his 60-year-old wife was hospitalized following a paragliding accident near the coast of San Ġiljan. Police confirmed the man died at the scene. The woman's medical condition is currently unknown.

The incident occurred about an hour and a half from the coast and was reportedly caused by strong winds affecting the paraglider. A nearby boat helped bring both individuals back to land, where medical teams provided assistance.

Magistrate Dr. Renata Farrugia has been informed of the case and has ordered an inquiry. Police investigations are ongoing.
