Religion Today, trionfa il film portoghese “The Happiest Day of My Life”

The Portuguese film "The Happiest Day of My Life," directed by Vicente Alves do Ó, won the "Nello Spirito della Fede" prize at the 29th Religion Today Film Festival. The award ceremony took place on Sunday, September 20, at the Mart museum in Rovereto.

The film depicts the transition from childhood to adulthood through the eyes of a child. This year's festival theme, "L'abito fa il monaco?", prompted reflections on the relationship between ethics, appearance, and fashion.

Festival president Lisa Martelli stated that hosting the event at the Mart helps establish costume as art and allows for discussions on whether cinema is sustainable. Mart director Micol Forti welcomed the collaboration between the museum and the festival.
