Římskokatolická farnost Svatý Kopeček u Olomouce to host Oldřich Selucký talk on October 10

The Roman Catholic Parish Svatý Kopeček u Olomouce will host a conversation with writer Oldřich Selucký on Saturday, October 10, 2026. The event introduces his historical novel, Ta druhá láska, which tells a story about St. Norbert.

The program includes sung vespers in the basilica at 17.00 accompanied by Schola strahoviensis under the direction of P. Gorazd Krušina. At 18.00, the discussion will take place in the Francouzský sál.

The book was produced in collaboration with Královská kanonie premonstrátů na Strahově and Karmelitánské nakladatelství to mark the 400th anniversary of the transfer of the remains of St. Norbert from Magdeburg to Strahov.
