Santos do Dia (14/09): Festa da Exaltação da Santa Cruz, Saõ Cereal e Santa Salústia e São Crescêncio

The Church celebrates the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, Saint Cereal, Saint Salustia, and Saint Crescentius on September 14.

The Diocese of Fortaleza reports that this feast was established in 335 during the early centuries of the Christian era. It marks the inauguration of the Basilica of the Holy Cross, which was built by Saint Constantine Magno in Jerusalem.
