Sarah Hart Brings Music, Ministry to New Berlin

Singer-songwriter Sarah Hart will perform a public concert titled Night of Peace at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in New Berlin on Friday, October 9, at 6:30 p.m. Hart will be joined by fellow Catholic artist Francesca LaRosa, a choir, and string musicians for the event on West Howard Avenue.

During her visit to the Milwaukee area, Hart is also conducting a retreat for local Catholic musicians. Additionally, she is participating in the filming of the Heart of the Nation Mass in Milwaukee, which is intended to help Catholics who cannot attend Sunday Mass sing along.

Hart, a Nashville resident and Grammy nominee, has written numerous songs included in hymnals throughout English-speaking countries. She has stated that the congregation serves as the primary choir and that singing is a form of prayer.
