School Counselor – Notre Dame Academy

Notre Dame Academy is seeking a school counselor to support the personal, social, and emotional development of its students.

The counselor will provide individual and small-group support for students facing personal or school-related concerns. Responsibilities include developing social-emotional learning initiatives, managing student wellness programming, and helping students build skills in decision-making, resilience, and self-advocacy.

The role also involves coordinating the academy's Work-Based Learning opportunities, such as internships and career exploration, through partnerships with local businesses and community organizations. The successful candidate will work with families, faculty, and administration to identify student needs and provide necessary resources.
