Sisters at Caritas fill 10 backpacks with school supplies

Sisters at Caritas in Pittsburgh filled 10 backpacks with school supplies to support students in need throughout the Pittsburgh area.

The backpacks contain various academic and snack items. The supplies include a pencil case, a three-ring binder, binder paper, a wooden ruler, six folders, three composition notebooks, ten pencils, ten ballpoint pens, a large eraser, a bottle of glue, two glue sticks, scissors, 12 crayons, thin magic markers, thick magic markers, and Post-it Notes.

To assist with meals, the sisters included four packs of Goldfish crackers, nine packs of gummy fruit snacks, and a $5.00 McDonald’s gift card in the bags.
