Se producen 306 ataques a la libertad religiosa en España en 2025, la cifra más alta desde 2012

Spain recorded 306 attacks on religious freedom in 2025, the highest number since 2012, according to an annual report from the Observatory for Religious and Conscience Freedom (OLRC).

The figure represents a 26% increase from the 243 cases documented in 2024 and a 57% increase from the 195 cases recorded in 2023. This marks the highest level of attacks since the organization began producing the report thirteen years ago.

The OLRC compiles its findings by reviewing news reports and session diaries from the Congress, the Senate, and regional parliaments.
