Sevilla Archbishop writes education letter

Archbishop José Ángel Saiz Meneses of Seville issued a Sunday letter to mark the start of the new school year.

In his message, the archbishop stated that education should go beyond merely transmitting knowledge, acquiring skills, or preparing students for the future. He emphasized the importance of educating people to be capable of going out to meet others.
