“Si può dare di più”, a San Giuliano Terme il meeting della Fondazione Maffi

The Maffi Foundation will hold its ninth annual meeting, titled "Si può dare di più," on Friday, September 25, at the Pala Todisco in San Giuliano Terme. Scheduled from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the event examines the challenges, needs, and aspirations of those working with vulnerable populations.

The program includes testimonies from service recipients and their families, such as Marisa Di Paola from the Maffi psychiatric home in Olmarello. Social entrepreneur and pedagogue Jhonny Dotti will participate, and Archbishop Saverio Cannistrà of Pisa will deliver the concluding remarks. The meeting will also feature a theatrical performance titled "Astolfo sulla luna" by the Casa Maffi theater company from Fivizzano.

Antonello Riccelli and Lorenzo Gremigni will host the event, which will be broadcast live on Telegranducato. Alongside the meeting, the foundation is releasing a book titled "Si può dare di più..." published by Pacini editore. Franco Luigi Falorni, president of the Maffi Foundation, curated the book to collect perspectives from various witnesses.
