SIENIAWA: Obchody 350-lecia nadania miejscowości praw miejskich

Archbishop Adam Szal led a Mass on Sunday, September 27, 2026, to celebrate the 350th anniversary of Sieniawa being granted city rights. The celebration took place at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary parish.

During his homily, Archbishop Szal spoke about the importance of obeying God's will and building a solidary community. He used the example of Jesus Christ to illustrate that obedience should be more than a mere declaration. The Archbishop noted that modern people often seek freedom at any cost, but he compared religious principles to safety ropes used by climbers that ensure security. He also called on the community to live with mutual care and a shared spirit.
