St. Joseph Parish to give ‘regards to Broadway’ Sunday, October 4, 2026

St. Joseph Parish will host its annual fall concert, A Broadway Melody, at 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 4, 2026. The event on Fairmont Place will feature the parish children’s and adult choirs, several vocal and instrumental soloists, and a mini pit orchestra.

Artistic director Daniel J. Horstmann selected the Broadway theme to connect with the nation's 250th anniversary. Horstmann said the musical selections will span various eras of theater, ranging from the 1904 production Little Johnny Jones to the 2015 musical Hamilton. The Diocese of Bridgeport noted that a previous publication incorrectly listed the concert date as Saturday, October 4.
