Sunday: Mass for those with additional support needs
The Archdiocese of Saint Andrews and Edinburgh will celebrate a Mass for people with additional support needs, their families, and carers on Sunday, October 11. The service begins at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of St Albert the Great in Edinburgh.
Fr. Jamie McMorrin, the parish priest of St Margaret’s in Davidson’s Mains, will celebrate the Mass. This event marks the start of a new quarterly series. Following the service, attendees are invited to the nearby SPRED Centre for tea, coffee, and biscuits to allow families and carers to meet.
The chapel entrance is located on George Square Lane at the back of George Square. No registration is required to attend. Sister Mary Benedicta Maier, the SPRED Coordinator for the Archdiocese, is available for questions via email.
