Tại Đền thờ Thánh Phêrô: 1.096 âm thanh tưởng nhớ nạn nhân chiến tranh

German director Philip Gröning presented a sound installation titled Sounds of Loss at the narthex of St. Peter's Basilica on International Day of Peace, September 21.

The installation features 1,096 individual recordings played at intervals over a 49-hour period. Each sound represents one person killed by war, based on data from 2026. According to the project, a sound plays approximately every 2.62 minutes.
