The everyday, the extraordinary and dreaming big

Katherine Bennell-Pegg, Australia’s first female astronaut, spoke to more than 200 students at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College in Enfield last month. During her presentation, she discussed her life and encouraged the students to consider future space exploration.

Bennell-Pegg told the students that while the first person to walk on Mars will likely not belong to her generation, that person could be one of them.
