The legacy of Nano Nagle lives with Presentation Sisters 250 years on

Bishop Fintan Gavin and Sr. Sharon Fagan attended a Eucharistic Liturgy at the Church of St. Nicholas in Killavullen, Co. Cork, to mark the 250th anniversary of the founding of the Presentation Sisters. The celebration included the Lord Mayor of Cork, Fergal Dennehy, and Lady Mayoress, Karen Brennan.

The congregation is observing a year of celebration to honor the anniversary of its founding on April 26. The order's history is based on the life and vision of Nano Nagle.
