In the United States, the U.S. Bishops used the document to form their Labor Day pastoral statement, while Georgetown University and America Magazine scheduled major events centered on the text. The University of Notre Dame has committed more than $50 million to implement the encyclical's teachings on human dignity and artificial intelligence.
