U katedrali sv. Jakova obilježena 30. obljetnica smrti biskupa Srećka Badurine

The Diocese of Šibenik marked the 30th anniversary of the death of Bishop Srećko Badurina with a Mass at St. James Cathedral on Thursday, September 17. Vicar General Monsignor Tomislav Subotičanec led the liturgy, which also honored fallen defenders. The late bishop's brother, Antun Badurina, participated as a concelebrant.

During the homily, Monsignor Subotičanec spoke about the defense of Šibenik during September 1991, noting that the period required people to maintain their dignity and faith. He described Bishop Badurina as a person sent by God to navigate those historical moments. Subotičanec highlighted the bishop's patriotism and his ability to care for others through Christian forgiveness without harboring hatred or bitterness.
