Un grand élan missionnaire pour le Québec

More than 250 representatives from all dioceses in Quebec met with their bishops for the first Great Missionary Assembly (GAM). Organized by the Assembly of Catholic Bishops of Quebec, the three day event brought together diocesan staff, priests, deacons, and pastoral workers to discuss how the local Church can transform to fulfill its mission.

Participants gathered at tables to discern changes needed for the Church in Quebec. Attendees included members of diocesan services involved in pastoral work, material management, various ministries, and chancery matters. The Assembly of Catholic Bishops of Quebec intends for the outcomes of this gathering to influence the direction of the Church in the coming years.
